We use your information to respond to inquiries, plan and deliver photography and video services, schedule sessions, send invoices, and communicate about active projects. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, invoicing, and scheduling tools), and only as needed to provide our services.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

5. SMS / Text Message Notifications

The SMS notification program is operated by Pixel Light Creative Group( pixellight.com). The program sends automated calendar agenda and appointment reminder messages to the account owner’s own mobile number. Consent to receive these messages is given by the account owner configuring the service for their own mobile number; no customers or other third parties receive messages from this program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never sold, rented, or shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency: typically 2–4 messages per day (a nightly agenda, a morning agenda, and occasional confirmations). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time — after you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. 6. Data Retention & Security

We keep project and contact information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required for our business records, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. To request access to or deletion of your information, email mark@pixellight.com.
